"I have a intense urge to take control of a project, and love nothing more that working with a team of talented creatives.
I find the roll of a creative director extremely comfortable. After photographing fashion for over 20 years; production and direction come second nature to me. Branching out into creative direction was a natural evolution".
Lecturing. Sims works with Central St Martens, UAL, London Collage of Fashion, LST, City of Islington.
His lecturing work taken him around the world on international courses lecturing to fashion, photographic and interior students.

His lectures are held with the use of KeyNotes presentation.
"I really have a passion for lecturing to enthusiastic and creatively thirsty students, and bring to them the reality of how to work in the creative industry. The importance of research and production and guiding them through their own development as young artists is thrilling and challenging"
Sims has worked over the years in many of the arts, including theatre, film, visual design, producing, set design, directing, publishing, TV.
"I am a junkie when it comes to projects. I just love being involved in the creative process, so over the years I have worked with many artists and creatives. Many of these projects have been crazy creative ideas with strong narratives.
All these have given me a wealth of knowledge that comes to life in my own work, and on the future project that I become involved in".
